New things...

Well, I did something totally new last night. I went to a class to help myself become more myself. It was amazing and fun and funny and I loved it!! I will finish and be me, and I am so excited!!

I also saw the last half of Jumper ...because I was really late at class, and it started and ended at a certain time, and I was not there when it started. Ashleigh and Anna came and we had some good laughs. All in all a good night and I am super tired and not crazy!! OK, Maybe a little crazy...

Alright, so many of you know that I work at a gym and I teach people to live healthy. I help them make good food choices and good exercise choices....etc...etc... I went to a meeting last night that scared the poop out of me.!! We as a nation are in a health crisis, which I knew, but I just learned how bad it really is and here's the short of it... If we do not become an active nation and teach our children to exercise.... we will bury them....WE WILL BURY THEM!!! Please as a friend, I am asking you to go on a walk with your children today!! Take them to the park, take them running with you, and walk when they need to. Teach them to exercise by example...I am only saying this one time I promise, but start today. Let's change the statistics!!!!!! I want to see them grow into healthy happy adults without weight issues. If you know someone who needs this message please copy and paste it out of my blog or send them to my blog site. I want to help, so I will do whatever I can to change this national crisis. I really didn't realize how bad it was...... Now I know, so let's make others aware ..and that will help everyone. Let's live healthy for a long time!!!

Slowing down...speeding up

Well, as you can see I am slowing down on my blogging. There is one reason for this....I am really busy! Life has just sped up lately and I can't seem to blog like I used to. So I apologize in advance for my lack of blogging, but I will blog as often as I can. Love , Kisses and friendship...

Fun at the ZOOOOO

We are on Spring break and instead of doing something really cool...like going to Vegas, we went to the ZOO. The kids loved it and all had a great time seeing the animals. The favorite is the baby snow leopard. Second was the baby monkey.
Here is my baby boy pretending he can hear like a fox. He loved this and stayed here for a long time. Then he was yelling into the "ears" for others. He was hilarious!!

Local Legends

Well in our little city we have an event called Local legends and it is a fund raiser for Idaho youth programs and "things of this nature". This has been my second year participating in this fun show. I always get so stressed out right before it because I am a bit on the "perfectionist" side of life. My sister and I did the famous Rosemary Clooney and Vera Ellen Number, "Sisters" and we had a blast!! I was so happy when it was over!!! Here is our number and a few picture's if I can get them to load properly....maybe later...
This picture with the cow"girls" and the lone cowboy is my friend, the Mayor, he's the cowboy. He sang the song "honky-tonk ba-donk-a-donk" by Trace Adkins. It was a riot!!
And this picture of the guy with the lone guitar and the longish wig is my friend Owen...He totally rocked that guitar too!!! (His wife cuts my hair when I am not growing it out.) We had a really good time and I am considering doing it again in a year, but I want to do "Way back into love" next time. Wouldn't that be fun? I am already practicing...."I've been livin' with a shadow over head, I've been sleepin' with a cloud above my bed, I've been lonely for so long...." you get the idea. I love that song and I have the movie and I watch it when I need a little boost in the day.
I signed up for face book and it is so cool 'cause I can like totally track down people from high school, dude! The crazy thing is they are nice now. I guess they could say the same about me! Hee hee. I have been having fun there and I am sorry if I have been neglecting you all. I apologize!! I will be better from now on...
